Sunscreen is a very helpful technological advancement. With the creation of sunscreen, people are now better able to protect their skin. It also protects against skin diseases like cancer and later-in-life problems. People use sunscreen to protect them from the sun's UV rays. I use it when at the beach or another outdoor area for long periods of time. By applying it, it reflects and/or absorbs most of the rays, protecting the skin. Suntan lotion is most commonly associated with the beach, but should really be used, in a perfect world, every time you go outside. I think that maybe in the future, sunscreen will still exist, but maybe it will be a little more advanced, like built into clothes or something, so that we are always protected. Also, as of right now, the only danger with sunscreen is that if it is not applied correctly, it can be ineffective in those areas.
